All student athletes must have a physical completed and on file prior to trying out for a sport. Parents/Students should use this form with their family doctor, the Health Dept., Teen Clinic or Med Express.

All varsity home football games are streamed live on EBW.tv (Everything Blue Water - TV). Football and other sports events can also be viewed after their conclusion on PHS-TV "The Wave" on Vimeo.

Cost:
Adult - $45 or two for $60
Student - $30
Senior Citizen (60+ yrs) - Free (plus one guest)
These passes admit a person to all home high school and middle school athletic events, excluding hockey and tournaments, conducted at Port Huron High School, Port Huron Northern High School, Central Middle School, Fort Gratiot Middle School, Holland Woods Middle School and Memorial Stadium. DOES NOT INCLUDE MHSAA TOURNAMENTS.
